Caramelised hazelnuts and almonds enrobed in milk chocolate (45% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter) and dark chocolate (64% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter).

To re-imagine the traditional coated dried fruit, Pierre Hermé chose the exceptional Piedmont hazelnut for its fragrant, sweet notes and slight sweetness. With a nod to the Plaisir sucrée pastry, the hazelnuts are coated with 45% cocoa milk chocolate, the signature of Maison Hermé. Thus, in one bite, the crunchiness and sweetness of the roasted hazelnut are revealed, prolonged by the greediness of the milk chocolate. The intense dark chocolate - originating from Brazil's Païneras plantation, 64% cocoa - with its vegetal attack, citrus notes and cocoa finish, coats an exceptional almond that has just been caramelized, to reveal all its aromas.
