The ‘Pierre par Pierre’ collection from Nature au Goût is inspired by the mysteries and treasures of the Earth, where each creation is the fruit of a sensory and visual exploration. Seemingly solid, but sometimes fragile, minerals are similar in many ways to pastry-making: the treasures of the Earth, without which nothing would come to life, and the assembly of ingredients necessary for creation.
Each design, each sweet creation tells a memorable story. A buried treasure, an unusual discovery, a new taste adventure, Pierre Hermé's Christmas collection invites mystery, imagination and enchantment, without ever fully revealing itself.
MACARONS ADORABLES
Foie gras, black truffle, toasted sourdough bread from Maison Poilâne, avocado and pumpkin seeds... For the festive season, Pierre Hermé has composed a score in which exceptional ingredients harmonise and echo each other in precious combinations.
CHOCOLATE BONBONS
The chocolate boxes in the collection are illuminated by the designs of Dimitri Rybaltchenko. Precious, mysterious and dazzling, each box is an invitation to discover the House's creations.
Pound Cakes & Brioches
Soft cakes to share, the collection with emblematic flavours such as Ispahan, Mogador, Infiniment Praliné Noisette, Infiniment Citron and Orphéo has been added to the ‘Destinations’ collection. You can also discover the Panettone & Stollen collection. To satisfy the most demanding palates, Pierre Hermé has created a trio of panettones: an interpretation of the Fetish Ispahan flavour, a variation with marrons glacés and an Arya version combining pistachio and orange blossom. A native of Germany and a firm favourite in Alsace, Pierre Hermé has also revisited the traditional stollen.
