Sugar, ALMONDS, EGG white, cream (MILK), cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, pine nuts, cocoa beans, passion fruit puree, lime olive oil, lychee puree, raspberry puree, lime puree, HAZELNUT paste, chopped HAZELNUTS, glucose syrup, apricot puree, yuzu puree, inverted crystallized sugar syrup, Earl Grey black tea, matcha green tea, butter (MILK), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, E407, E471), inverted sugar syrup, vanilla pod powder, WHEAT flour, gracilaria seaweed powder, cocoa powder (acidity regulator: E501), citrus fiber powder, salt, natural rose flavour, concentrated butter (MILK), natural vanilla extract, skimmed MILK powder, BARLEY malt extract, colours (carmines, chlorophyllins, curcumin) and coloring foodstuff (concentrates of turmeric, apple, hibiscus and spirulina).

Storage and consumption advices

Pierre Hermé Paris macarons should be consumed within 4 days following their purchase. Flavours are at their best when the macarons are kept at the bottom of the fridge (+4°C/ +6°C) and brought back to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
Defrosted product, do not refreeze. Deep freezing allows us to limit the use of preservatives and guarantees you to enjoy the best organoleptic quality.
