Puff pastry, smooth gianduja cream, roasted hazelnut chips

Pierre Hermé imagines a labyrinth of flavors, where infinitely crisp puff pastry takes center stage, before giving way to the scent of hazelnut. The hazelnut cream opens with a pure-tasting gianduja, enhanced by the crunch of roasted dried fruit slivers.

Available in 4, 8 and 12-person formats. 

Ingredients

Presence of cooked white vinegar in the puff pastry.

Storage and consumption advices

Store at room temperature. The Galette can be eaten warm or at room temperature.
To eat warm: preheat your oven to 150°C, and place the galette in the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
