This composition is a balanced blend of teas from Ceylon and China, with a bergamot aroma. Bergamot is a citrus fruit that looks like a small orange with greenish pulp and a smooth, thick skin that turns yellow at maturity. The essential oils contained in the peel are used in perfumes, confectionery and pastry-making.
