Some pleasures deserve to be kept secret. This is the case with this ice cream. Ultra-chocolate, studded with pieces of nougatine with cocoa bean slivers seasoned with fleur de sel and Sarawak pepper. On the palate, the purity and intensity of the Guanaja bean, the sweetness of the cream and the crispness of the nougatine are combined. A salty touch. Burning moment. A chocolate ice cream as we have always dreamed.
Available in 160ml and 500ml size, the ice creams can be transported in an insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge allowing a cold conservation for about 45 minutes.
