Coconut and Lime Ice Cream, Pineapple and Vanilla Sorbet & Caramelised Roasted Pineapple.
Designed in the style of an exotic cocktail, lime zest flavours the coconut ice cream, before giving way to the fruity notes of a pineapple sorbet rounded off with vanilla. For a sweet treat, the ice cream is punctuated with pieces of caramelised roasted pineapple.
Available in 160ml or 500ml tubs. The ice creams can be transported in insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge to keep them cold for around 45 minutes.
