Orange and basil : two flavours native to the same soil, Sicily, reunited naturally by Pierre Hermé in this dapper creation. With the first spoonful, the expression of the fruitiness of this citrus fruit infused with bitterness by the confit. Then comes, like a delicate seasoning, the floral note of basil. An ultra-sunny sequence, ready to colour the senses.
Available in a 160ml and 940ml container, the ice creams can be transported in an insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge allowing a cold conservation for about 45 minutes.
