There is something unheard of, something poetic, in Pierre Hermé's way of capturing the elusive. Witness this imaginary Japanese cherry blossom note, the taste of which he recreates here in a hand-sewn iced version. Delicately. By associating the acidity of the cherry with the bitterness of a duo of lemon zest and Tonka bean, he delivers a flavor. That of the ideal Sakura flower, more intense and truer than nature.
Available in container of 160ml and 500ml, ice creams and sorbets can be transported in our special insulated packaging containing a cooling insert which maintains its proper temperature for approximately 45 minutes.

Ingredients
Ingredients : Sour cherry puree 30%, water, sugar, juice and zest lemon, sour cherry 6%, raspberry puree, glucose syrup, invert crystallised sugar syrup, dextrose, inulin, thickeners : locust bean gum and guar gum, tonka bean.
