Pierre Hermé reinterprets the Miléna ice cream in a plant-based version, a red fruit sorbet and a mint plant ice cream with scents reminiscent of fresh plants. The marbling of the ice cream and sorbet, a signature of Pierre Hermé Paris, offers different sensations with every bite. In turn, red fruit and mint express themselves without ever masking the complicity of their association
Available in 160ml or 500ml tubs. The ice creams can be transported in insulated packaging with a refrigerant cartridge to keep them cold for around 45 minutes.
