Sugar, ALMONDS, EGG white, cocoa butter, passion fruit puree, whole MILK powder, litchi puree, raspberry puree, cocoa beans, cream (MILK), crystallised invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, food colouring (turmeric, radish, blackcurrant, apple concentrates), cocoa powder, emusilfiers (sunflower lecithin, E471), rose natural flavour, gelling agent : pectin, acidifier : E334, vanilla natural extract and colour : carmines.

Storage and consumption advices
Pierre Hermé Paris macarons should be consumed within 4 days following their purchase. Flavours are at their best when the macarons are kept at the bottom of the fridge (+4°C/ +6°C) and brought back to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
