Pierre Hermé brings the sparkle of the pecan nut to Hacienda Eleonor, a dark chocolate from Ecuador, in a delicious interplay of flavours. The crunchiness of a chocolate shortbread pastry with fleur de sel combines with the softness and lightness of a biscuit and a chocolate and pecan chantilly, tinged with the scents of a cream and a praline to bring out the dried fruit.
Available in single, 4 and 8 person formats.

Storage and consumption advices
