Breton shortbread with chestnut flour, soft chestnut and ginger biscuit, vanilla and marron glacé cream, ginger confit
Pierre Hermé pays homage to chestnuts, whose contours he plays with by inviting ginger to punctuate the biscuit, sometimes in juice, sometimes candied in small slivers. The vanilla tempers the impetuosity, reinforcing the sweetness of the glazed chestnut chips.
Available in individual, 4 and 8 person formats.

Storage and consumption advices
Keep in its tin in the fridge until ready to eat.
Cut into sufficiently large slices using a knife that has been dipped in hot water and wiped dry.
