    Between daring and tradition, the symbolic Christmas gingerbread, soft and fragrant, is revisited here with the Sicilian mandarin orange. Playing on all of its facets, the mandarin orange delivers one sensation after another, its subtle taste, followed by a slight bitterness. A cake that, with its alternating layers of gingerbread and mandarin orange marmalade is definitively and infinitely gourmet. A most mesmerising opulence.

    Sugar, tangerines (15,3%), honey (13,3%), rye flour (GLUTEN), orange puree, EGGS, butter (MILK), glucose syrup, water, wheat flour (GLUTEN), vegetal fats (palm kernel, sunflower, palm, shea and copra oils), lemon juice, cocoa beans, potato starch, fat-reduced cocoa powder, baking powder (E500II), ground spices 0,7% (cinnamon, ginger, anise, clove, star anise, nutmeg, pepper), grape seed oil, LACTOSE, cocoa butter, Guérande salt, grated ginger, emulsifiers (GMO-free SOYA and sunflower lecithins), cardamom powder, vanilla natural extract, vanilla powder, whole MILK powder and colours (curcumin, carmines).
