With the Panettone Ispahan, Pierre Hermé reinterprets the Fetish Ispahan flavor - raspberry, rose, and litchis - into a new, infinitely festive panettone. Bursts of dried raspberries and letchis enrich the texture of this unique brioche with their fruity flavors, while an infinitely soft, rose-scented almond paste and a few bursts of crunchy almonds delicately dot the delicious brioche, which is unique because it is made with natural sourdough.
