Brioche dough with spices, almond paste, dried and candied fruits.
Pierre Hermé interprets a generous and infinitely greedy version of this dessert of German origin that is very popular in Alsace. Traditionally a mixture of cake and bread, he has created a brioche version flavoured with spices, with a farandole of crunchy candied fruit and an incomparably melting almond paste. A cake for sharing par excellence that even the greediest will appreciate in generous slices.
