A plant-based interpretation of the chocolate, rose and almond combination. A happy union of rose and almond, whose subtle flavours with delicate oriental accents intermingle and then harmonise to become one. Just roasted almonds become praline to perfume a melting cream prepared with water and cocoa butter. In the background, the almond milk chocolate ganache welcomes the sweet and mellow notes of the rose before blending with the subtle perfumes of the smooth almond cream. A contrast of textures - fine gluten-free pastry, silky ganache and smooth cream - which ends in a unique volute of taste.
