Litchi and rose sorbet & raspberry sorbet.
In this cup, all the vivacity of a sorbet where the three flavors of Ispahan intertwine and melt: Rose, Letchi and Raspberry. A frosted interpretation of this irresistibly bewitching combination of tastes. The same repertoire of flavors and happy associations, identifiable in all the pastries, but which Pierre Hermé has combined in a very random way. The result is a marbled ice cream that delivers different sensations with each bite.
Available in container of 160ml and 940ml, ice creams and sorbets can be transported in our special insulated packaging containing a cooling insert which maintains its proper temperature for approximately 45 minutes.
